Hügelkultur (pronounced "hoo-gul-culture") is a permaculture method of building raised beds through the process of mounding dirt and wood to retain water and disperse nutrients. Join us as we thin our strawberry berm and discuss the process and benefits of Hügelkultur with our farm manager, Zach.
